The Site www.transcash-recharge.com sells top-up vouchers to top-up the prepaid Transcash Mastercard®. The sale of these vouchers is regulated according to the terms and conditions described below. By placing an order on  www.transcash-recharge.com, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

Buy top-up vouchers

  1. The prices indicated on the Site are fixed and expressed in euros (€).
  2. The purchase of top-up vouchers on the Site is not subject to the application of VAT under Article 261C of the CGI.
  3. An order is considered “Validated” as soon as the payment is honored on the Site.
  4. The minimum age required to place an order and make a payment on the Site is the minimum age prescribed by law. Below this age, it is imperative that an adult parent or legal guardian related to the buyer makes the order and payment.
  5. This service is intended exclusively for persons residing in the territory of the French Republic.
  6. The top-up vouchers issued are neither exchangeable nor refundable. They are intended exclusively for topping up Transcash Mastercard prepaid cards.
  7. Never buy a top-up voucher at the request of other people, especially if you don’t know them. Never disclose the secret code of your top-up voucher to anyone for any reason whatsoever. Your voucher and associated code should be treated as cash.

Top-up vouchers

The electronic money for Transcash top-up vouchers is issued by UAB PayrNet. UAB PayrNet is authorized by the Bank of Lithuania to issue electronic money and provide the associated payment services (ref LB001994), under the regulations on Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions. Delivery

Delivery is made by email or SMS to the email address or mobile phone number indicated when ordering.

Once the order has been validated (payment honored), the delivery is made immediately.

Depending on the delivery method chosen, you will receive by email or SMS, your Transcash top-up code in order to be able to use it immediately.

It is therefore necessary that you provide us with accurate data: a valid email address and/or mobile phone number to ensure the proper delivery of your top-up voucher.

Privacy

  1. www.transcash-recharge.com processes all the data provided to it in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular the law on the protection of identity and may, in accordance with this law, use by automated processing the personal information relating to the buyers.
  2. The data provided by the buyers on www.transcash-recharge.com are used strictly for the proper execution of the order. The data may be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order.

Secure payment

On www.transcash-recharge.com you can pay for your purchases securely thanks to the 3D Secure protocol. After validation of the secure payment (payment honored), you will receive an order confirmation email.

Personal data

In application of the French law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the personal data that are requested from the customer are necessary for the processing of his order and are intended for internal use by the seller.

Right of withdrawal

In application of the provisions of Article L 121-20 2 ° of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal is applicable for dematerialized product families.
